As a Sales Coordinator (Outbound), you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries by telephone, fax and email or in person as required
  • Prepare and send quotations or proposals and facilitating and scheduling demonstration of the pertinent equipment or product, where applicable
  • Follow up all inquiries and quotations and close the sales
  • Assists and support and coordinate with the field sales team in closing sales
  • Process incoming orders and ensure accurate stock availability and delivery information are relayed to the customer promptly
  • Forward inquiries and sales leads that require the involvement or support of field sales team to the Sales Manager, Supervisor or the available superior for assistance or assignment
  • Maintain and develop good relations with our customers
  • Develop office accounts or customers not currently being handled by the field sales team
  • Maintain and develop the active customers and revive the inactive customers
  • Regularly update customers profile and information in our records,
  • Maintain customer records and document files such as purchase orders, delivery, receipts, invoices, quotations,
  • Assists in implementing sales strategies as set by the company
  • Increase customer loyalty by providing a positive phone experience and upselling

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Business courses
  • With at least six months or 1 year experience in sales
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Dynamic, outgoing, resourceful, self-motivated, creative and a team player
  • With excellent oral and written communication

Work Schedule: Fixed Weekends Off

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php19,000.00 per month
