About Us

We're a performance-driven marketing team working with fast-growing consumer brands across food, fashion, and lifestyle. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on SEO & CRO Specialist to help improve our website, as well as client's sites for visibility and performance.

What You'll Do

SEO (Full Stack)

  • Conduct technical audits and implement fixes
  • On-site optimisation: metadata, headers, internal linking, structured content
  • Off-site: link building strategies, partnerships, directory submissions
  • Keyword research and targeting for both evergreen and campaign content
  • Set up and monitor GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Deliver monthly reports with insights and action steps

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

  • Review user journeys and identify drop-off points
  • Use tools like Hotjar or Clarity to guide UI/UX improvements
  • Suggest and test conversion wins (copy, layout, CTAs)
  • Collaborate with designers to implement updates
  • Analyse funnel data to boost on-site performance

Client Support

  • Conduct SEO/CRO audits for client websites
  • Join internal strategy reviews (occasional client calls if needed)
  • Prepare clear, actionable insights that help clients grow

Who You Are

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and CRO
  • Confident with full-stack SEO: technical, on-page, off-page
  • Strong analytical skills and UX instincts
  • Proficient with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Hotjar
  • Familiar with CMS platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow
  • Self-driven, organised, and outcome-focused

Bonus / Good to Have

  • Experience running and optimising Google Ads (SEM)
  • Able to set up basic search campaigns or keyword tests
  • Comfortable advising on organic vs paid strategy alignment
  • Able to quickly build simple landing pages using tools like Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or no-code builders (e.g. Unbounce, Leadpages)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
