We're expanding our SEO Division and looking for a Senior SEO Specialist (Full-Time | Remote | Philippines-Based) who can take ownership of strategy, lead audits, and guide both on-page and off-page optimization across multiple client accounts.

Role Overview

As our Senior SEO Specialist, you'll lead the full SEO process, from strategy to reporting, while collaborating closely with content, web, and analytics teams. You'll manage multiple client campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and ensure all deliverables meet both performance goals and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, and local) for multiple clients
  • Conduct in-depth audits (site structure, content, backlink, and technical SEO) and build actionable improvement plans
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP opportunity mapping
  • Oversee GBP SEO (Google Business Profile) optimization for local clients
  • Collaborate with content writers and web developers to implement on-page recommendations
  • Monitor, track, and report SEO performance metrics using GA4, GSC, and SE Ranking / Ahrefs
  • Mentor junior specialists and ensure outputs are client-ready and performance-focused
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI search, and SEO trends

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Minimum of 3+ years agency experience is required
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local ranking factors
  • Strong analytical mindset , comfortable interpreting data, trends, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress SEO, Bricks Site Builder, schema markup, and Looker Studio dashboards
