About the Role:

We're looking for a
Landing Page Designer
who excels at turning marketing briefs into visually stunning, high-converting landing pages. The ideal candidate is fluent in
Figma
, understands the principles of
conversion-focused design
, and can translate brand direction and campaign goals into engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design landing pages in Figma based on marketing briefs and campaign goals.
  • Create layouts that balance aesthetics with functionality and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and CRO teams to align design with messaging and user experience.
  • Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, creative approaches to page design.
  • Deliver organized, developer-ready Figma files with proper components and styles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing landing pages or marketing-focused web pages.
  • Expert-level proficiency in
    Figma
    (components, auto-layout, prototypes).
  • Strong understanding of
    UI/UX
    and conversion design best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have DTC ecommerce brands experience, DTC beauty brands a major plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO principles.
