Job Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Execution Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. This role involves executing marketing plans, creating engaging presentations, assisting in events, and coordinating print production. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Design and create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
  • Develop decks and presentations for pitches and internal reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for print production, purchasing, and event logistics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage marketing assets, documents, and reports using Google Suite and Excel.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in creating Canva presentations (preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in designing materials for marketing pitches.
  • Experience in event coordination, basic purchasing, or print production is a plus.

Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (for tracking and reporting).
- Strong presentation and decking skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
