JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. This role ensures brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through both digital and traditional marketing strategies. The officer will work closely with the sales team, management, and external partners to develop campaigns that align with the company's objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to promote products, services, and events.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets and campaign timelines.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, newsletters, and printed materials.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external suppliers for marketing collateral.

Campaign Execution & Monitoring

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional activities (digital ads, events, partnerships).
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate marketing support for sales activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage with customers and online communities through social media interactions.

Administrative & Cross-functional Support

  • Maintain a database of marketing assets, promotional materials, and contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives.
  • Provide support in events management, public relations, and sponsorship coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or startups.
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic graphic design or Canva/Adobe skills is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office-based with occasional fieldwork, events, or client-facing activities.
  • May require overtime or weekend work during campaigns/events.
