PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Marketing Officer is responsible for creating and publishing print and digital marketing communications to promote our brands and services. H/She may be responsible for different tasks and collaboratively working with other departments in executing marketing communications aligned with each brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Drafts and publishes marketing messaging, such as social media content, website content, direct marketing content (email, SMS, and instant messaging blasts)
  • Conceptualizes marketing materials and works with Marketing, business unit client/s, and Media Artist/s in executing print and digital collateral design, such as print posters, brochures, digital banners and videos
  • Manages online marketing channels, such as social media accounts, websites, listings, and works with other departments accordingly to address inquiries, bookings, complaints, technical website maintenance, etc.
  • Organizes and stores print and digital marketing assets, such as images, videos, Annual Reports, etc.
  • Monitors, consolidates, and reports online brand mentions (social media and online listening)
  • Compiles and reports the performance or analytics of online channels, such as the website, social media accounts
  • Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Soft Skills: Communication, creativity, time management, attention to detail, teamwork
  • Hard Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint) and Google software proficiency, Marketing communications (Facebook, Instagram, basic website content management), Project management software (Basecamp), data analysis, research

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or relevant discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) or Google apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Good English (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in marketing channels, such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Attention to detail, well organized, and time management
  • Possess professional disposition with interpersonal skills
  • Adobe or Canva software knowledge/skill is a plus
  • Preferably residing in Makati City
