About the role

As the Marketing Officer at Dentaholics Dental Clinic, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services and drive patient acquisition. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic dental healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
  2. Creating compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts, to showcase the clinic's offerings
  3. Coordinating with the clinic's management team to identify target audience segments and devise tailored marketing initiatives
  4. Analysing marketing metrics and campaign performance to continually optimise and refine the clinic's marketing strategies
  5. Collaborating with the clinic's team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive patient experience
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dental healthcare marketing

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging marketing content
  4. Proficiency in using various marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  6. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
