Through dedicated mobile and web apps, Lalamove seamlessly connects users and drivers around the world to move things that matter.
What you'll do:- Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients.
- Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts.
- Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
- Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
- Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports
- Strong sales skills to get our potential clients to use our service.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Curious and creative thinkers who are capable of thinking beyond the role and committed to self-improvement.
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen; identify and leverage new opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
