About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a top-notch customer experience across various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO setting preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software, ticketing tools, and other communication systems.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- College level or graduate; however, exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience supporting international clients
- Background in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Knowledge of remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and HubSpot.
