About the role

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.'. This is a full-time role based in the vibrant city of Cebu Central Visayas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, or chat channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Provide accurate information and advice to customers, adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Continuously learn about our products and services to provide the best possible customer experience
  6. Assist with other administrative tasks as required
