JOB SCOPE:

  • Introduce new players to Hann Casino Resort.
  • Seek new and targeted players through acquisition, retention and reactivation.
  • Ensure high standard of guest service to all patrons in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with cooperate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction and therefore leading towards department's goals and objectives.
  • Locates, develops and/or acquire new business and capture good quality players to achieve various business targets.
  • Responsible for the continuous business development of Premium Mass Market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English, with relevant business development sales, customer service and telemarketing experience from an Integrated Resort Casino.
  • College level and must have at least 1 year of proven experience in Casino Marketing – Player development (Premium Marketing), preferably in Business Development.
