F&B Attendant

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in all aspects of food and beverage operations. This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting up dining areas, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The F&B Attendant contributes to a positive guest experience by maintaining high service standards and upholding hygiene and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset spaces for the next guests.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders and handle payments.
- Ensure all food and beverages are presented according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
