Key Functions:

  • Prepares periodic bank reconciliation statements

  • Conducts regular spot cash count of cash on hand of tellers/vault custodian
  • Maintains inventory of cheque payments received by the branch and ensures that these are properly deposited as they mature
  • Ensures accurate computations of taxes withheld by the branch office
  • Prepares daily consumption, remittance and replenishments for documentary stamp tax
