Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Finance and Accounting Department who will handle financial reporting, daily accounting operations, and serve as a key bridge between Head Office (Chinese) and local branch. Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency (reading, writing, and communication) is essential to ensure smooth coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial and regulatory reports using established templates.
  • Support daily accounting operations, including expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and minor bank reconciliations.
  • Interpret and translate financial documents/notices between Chinese and English to support internal coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA license (active or in progress), banking/financial institution experience, or accounting-related work experience is preferred.
  • Chinese proficiency: ability to read work-related notices, write short documents or forms, and communicate in spoken Chinese for daily work discussions.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, adaptability, and integrity.

Basic Salary Range

  • Php 65,000.00-Php 80,000.00 per month
  • Guaranteed pay and other benefits shall be discussed during job offer
  • Additional compensation for local candidates with proven bilingual proficiency (Chinese and English)
