About the Role:

HoangSon Group is expanding into the Philippines and we are looking for an experienced and visionary Forex Leader/Sales to lead our market entry and growth initiatives. This is a senior-level leadership role where you'll represent HSGFX in the region, build and manage the local team, and grow our footprint across the forex & financial trading landscape.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in forex, CFD, crypto or investment brokerage industry
  • Proven track record as Country Manager Candidate, BDM, MIB, IB, or equivalent role
  • Hands-on knowledge of MetaTrader 4/5, CTrader, or other trading platforms
  • Experience with both local and global brokers is a strong advantage
  • Existing network of traders, IBs, communities, and influencers
  • Strong leadership, communication & people development skills
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Ability to work independently with high responsibility and strategic thinking

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Represent HSGFX in the Philippines market as the official local leader
  • Build and lead a local team of Sales/Support/Trainers
  • Recruit and develop IBs, business partners, and trading communities
  • Collaborate with regional offices (Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Nigeria, etc.)
  • Coordinate marketing events, workshops, and brand-building activities
  • Report directly to the Head Office and work with global teams (IT, Marketing, Education)
