We are hiring an experienced Product & Market Intelligence Analyst to support a global online trading company.

This role focuses on competitive analysis, market intelligence, trading platform research, product insights, and dashboard reporting.

Only candidates with direct industry experience in Forex, CFDs, Trading Platforms, Crypto, or Fintech will be considered.


About the Role

You will analyse competitor platforms, track trading features, evaluate product differences, monitor market trends, and create insights used by Product, Strategy, and Marketing teams.

You will also prepare dashboards, user flow documentation, and structured comparative reports that help shape product decisions.

This is an analytics-heavy role requiring strong domain knowledge of trading platforms and financial products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitor analysis across forex, CFD, crypto, and multi-asset brokers
  • Review & document features, pricing, spreads, commissions, account types, tools, and onboarding flows
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Analyse product funnels, user behaviour, and trading-related KPIs
  • Track market activity, platform updates, regulatory changes, and major competitor shifts
  • Prepare structured reports, insights decks, and user flow documentation
  • Maintain internal documentation and research repositories
  • Support product and marketing teams with data-backed recommendations

Required Qualifications (STRICT)

Applicants must meet ALL requirements:

1. Industry Background (Mandatory)

Experience in any of the following:

  • Forex / CFD brokerage
  • Trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader/etc.)
  • Crypto exchange
  • Fintech (payments, digital assets, investing)
  • Prop trading firm
  • Financial market intelligence / analyst roles
2. Analyst Experience (Mandatory)

Minimum 3+ years as a:

  • Business Analyst,
  • Market/Competitor Analyst,
  • Product Analyst, or
  • Financial/Trading Analyst
3. Dashboarding Experience (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience building dashboards (not just viewing) using:

  • Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
4. Communication

Strong written and spoken English for reports and stakeholder communication.

5. Availability

Able to work PH day shift and meet deadlines reliably.


Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience benchmarking trading platforms
  • Understanding of spreads, commissions, instruments, execution speeds
  • Familiarity with onboarding/KYC flows
  • Experience tracking product or trading KPIs
  • Experience with Notion, Confluence, or similar documentation tools

Work Setup
  • Salary: ₱65,000–₱85,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Full-time, work-from-home role (Philippines-based only).
  • Structured day shift, Monday–Friday. 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Philippine time).
  • 13th-month salary, and health insurance (HMO).
  • Participation in company events.
