Requirements:

-Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

-CPA certification is an advantage.

-At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing

-Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Experience with financial analysis and forecasting

-Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

-Managing financial operations, which includes overseeing accounting processes, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

-Responsible for creating and managing the organization's budget, as well as forecasting future financial performance.

-Financial analysis and preparing reports to help management make informed decisions about the organization's financial status.

-The finance manager is responsible for managing the organization's cash flow, ensuring that there is sufficient cash on hand to meet financial obligations and opportunities.

-The manager must identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization, such as credit risks, market risks, and operational risks.

-The manager must ensure that the organization complies with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns.

-Responsible for preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

-Oversee a finance team, including accountants and financial analysts, and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
