We are looking for a Finance Manager who will oversee daily financial operations, ensure effective fund management, and support the organization's financial stability. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and manage finance-related activities under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee safekeeping, management, and proper disbursement of company funds.
  • Ensure prompt and sufficient fund availability to meet financial obligations.
  • Monitor collections and ensure timely deposits into designated bank accounts.
  • Schedule payments to suppliers, loan amortizations, and other disbursements based on credit terms and agreed schedules.
  • Manage submission and approval of loan application requirements.
  • Plan and project cash availability to ensure timely payments.
  • Facilitate dollar bookings and telegraphic transfers for suppliers.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of bank accounts as needed.
  • Manage applications and monitoring of corporate credit cards.
  • Facilitate secure online access to bank accounts for authorized personnel.
  • Handle accreditation of new customers in line with internal financial policies.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Oversee check release and proper documentation for suppliers.
  • Perform additional finance-related tasks as required.
Job Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Banking and Finance, or other finance-related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or treasury; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and financial problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and quick to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
