Property and Asset Management Supervisor

We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented Property and Asset Management Supervisor can oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.

The responsibilities of the Asset Management Supervisor include (but not limited to):

  • Overseeing the implementation of asset management policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize asset performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervising the maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of all company assets, ensuring accurate documentation of acquisition, depreciation, transfer, and disposal.
  • Leading coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of repairs, maintenance, and procurement activities.
  • Reviewing asset reports and records prepared by associates or officers to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing vendor relationships, evaluating service performance, and addressing operational concerns or contract-related issues.
  • Conducting periodic audits, asset verification, and risk assessments to support sound decision-making and process improvement.
  • Preparing management reports and presenting insights or recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and asset value.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Asset Management, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in asset management or a related field.

  3. Knowledge and Skills:

  4. Foundational knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and tools.

  5. Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
