About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor with a strong background in hotel finance to join the team at Noble Hotel in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance to support the hotel's financial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Manage the accounting team and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making
  3. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  4. Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  5. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues, and implement process improvements
  6. Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance personnel
  7. Assist with audits and support the finance team as needed

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting supervisory role, preferably in the hotel industry
  3. Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  6. Proven leadership and team management skills
  7. Fluent in English, both verbal and written
