URGENT HIRING: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR

Location: Cebu City

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a strong background in managing payable processes in a fast-paced project environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Supervise the Accounts Payable team and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, check payments, and reimbursements.

Review, verify, and reconcile supplier accounts and project-related payables.

Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Site Administration, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships.

Prepare aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting.

Support audits and management reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related business course.

With at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the construction or related industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel).

Resident of Cebu City or nearby areas.
