Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate training or sales coaching.
  • Strong background in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes, including permit handling and client turnover.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams toward peak performance.
