What is your mission?

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and execute the company's technology strategy, oversee IT operations, software development, cloud services, and data management. You will lead high-performing technical teams, drive adoption of emerging technologies, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to deliver innovative solutions across multiple service lines and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead IT infrastructure, cloud services, software development, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
  • Oversee technology operations across multiple service lines and client projects.
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing technical teams.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, and risk management across all operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business development and client delivery.
  • Implement technology standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in offshoring, shared services, BPO, or IT services.
  • Proven experience leading software development, IT operations, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing multi-site or offshore IT teams is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
