About the role

Become a key member of the legal team at Hi-Tech Smart Solutions, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. In this Litigation Officer role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of legal cases and disputes, ensuring the company's interests are protected. This is a full-time position based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of legal cases and disputes, from initial assessment to resolution
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases
  3. Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, responses, and motions
  4. Represent the company in litigation proceedings, mediation, and negotiation
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather information and support legal strategy
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  7. Provide expert advice and support to the business on legal matters
  8. Capable of riding a motorcycle for work-related travel

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law with 3-5 years of relevant experience in litigation or dispute resolution
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information clearly
  4. Thorough understanding of litigation processes, court procedures, and alternative dispute resolution methods
  5. Experience in handling a diverse range of cases, including commercial disputes, contract breaches, and intellectual property matters
  6. Familiarity with the legal landscape within the technology industry is preferred
  7. Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
