Key Responsibilities

-Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

-Produce high-quality 3D visualisations using SketchUp and rendering software such as Enscape, D5, or equivalents.

-Prepare precise technical drawings, detailed plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD.

-Create layout plans, material specifications, and complete design packages for both commercial and residential projects.

-Coordinate design intent with internal teams and maintain smooth communication throughout projects.

-Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the team or clients.

-Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Manage workload independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing both commercial and residential projects.

-Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

-Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, D5 (or other equivalent rendering software), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Strong design sense, attention to detail, and solid understanding of space planning.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; a strong team player.

-Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in design-and-build projects.

-Ability to confidently handle the entire project design cycle.

-Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
