We are looking for a Revit-trained Interior Designer who brings both creative vision and strong technical capability. The role involves leading design development, space planning, FF&E selection, and visual presentation, while ensuring accuracy and functionality in all project documentation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in transforming design concepts into buildable, high-quality interiors that align with client expectations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

  • Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and mood boards in line with project requirements and client vision.
  • Lead FF&E selection, color schemes, material boards, and finishes for interior projects.
  • Produce presentation decks and visuals that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Incorporate sustainable and functional design principles into all concepts.

Technical Documentation (Revit-Centered)

  • Create and manage detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models using Revit.
  • Coordinate and integrate technical drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, constructability, and compliance with local standards.
  • Maintain organized Revit families, templates, and project libraries.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and contractors throughout design and execution.
  • Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
  • Prepare design documentation packages for bidding and construction.
  • Support procurement and ensure design intent is maintained during implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Licensed Interior Designer preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of design development, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 3–5 years (Mid-Level) or 5+ years (Senior Level) experience in interior design projects.
