"Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Hunting:
Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through market research(LinkedIn), networking(Attending events) , and leveraging existing connections.
Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, using various tools and strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight the company's value proposition.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
2. Account Farming:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and industry, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding client needs and proposing additional services.
Renewals & Retention: Manage contract renewals and work to retain clients by demonstrating ongoing value and fostering loyalty.
3. Collaboration & Reporting:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving client objectives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in Salesforce. Weekly updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement of services.
4. Continuous Learning & Development:
Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of the company's services, and industry trends to effectively address client needs and objections.
Sales Training: Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and effectiveness."
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously."
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
