Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Customer Service ProfessionalsRespond to client inquiries and manage first-level escalations

Monitor workflow and daily targets to ensure timely delivery of SLAsTrack and maintain metrics such as attendance and productivity

Develop processes to improve team productivity and quality

Participate in pilot projects and facilitate knowledge transfer

Collaborate with managers to resolve personnel issues

Perform follow-up work as required

Identify trends to aid collections and enhance productivity

Experience with Athena EMR/EHR is preferred

Technical RequirementsInternet speed of 30MBPS or higheri5 processor or higher / Mac 2020 or later

Minimum 8 GB RAMDedicated, quiet home office space

Power backups and stable internet connection

Good quality headset and webcam
