Job Description:

As a Rappeller, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior surfaces of tall buildings, including windows and aluminum cladding panels, using specialized equipment and techniques. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' buildings maintain cleanliness and shine while adhering to strict safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform rope access techniques to access and navigate high-rise building exteriors.
  • Clean and maintain windows, glass surfaces, and aluminum cladding panels.
  • Inspect building facades for damage, defects, or potential safety hazards.
  • Use specialized cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and minimize risk.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues that arise.
  • Adhere to established schedules and complete tasks within the designated timeframes.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Comply with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
