About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service and support. This is a full-time role based in our modern office in Central Cebu City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
