What's in It for You- $600 base pay OR uncapped commissions. Whichever is higher
- Earn $6,000 USD/month consistently — with top reps breaking $10,000+.
- Warm, high-quality leads — no cold calling.
- Bi-weekly payouts.
- Daily training huddles, live roleplays, and support from proven sales leaders.
- Making 200+ outbound calls daily to pre-qualified prospects.
- Presenting high-ticket products with clarity and authority.
- Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining discipline and energy across long sales days.
- 12 hours per day, 6 days per week (plenty of breaks included).
- Full accountability: calls and dials are tracked daily.
- You must earn at least $2,000/month — anything less is not acceptable.
- Discipline, resilience, and relentless consistency are mandatory.
- Closers who are hungry to prove themselves.
- Confident communicators who can handle rejection and keep dialing.
