Job Opening: Real Estate Office Assistant

Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite (8-Hour Shift)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the real estate industry? Our growing real estate team is looking for a Real Estate Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to agents and management
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and property listings
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and team members
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
  • Assist in preparing contracts, forms, and other real estate documents
  • Maintain and update client databases and property records

Qualifications:

Must be based in or near Mandaluyong

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organizational skills and time management

High attention to detail and accuracy

Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, MS Excel, etc.)

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

8-Hour Shift

Onsite in Mandaluyong

Compensation:

  • Starting Rate: ₱550/day (3-month training period)
  • After Training: Shifts to ₱645/day (Minimum Wage)
  • Performance-Based Increases Possible after training
