Job Summary:

We are looking for a Real Estate Officer to oversee the management, documentation, and disposal of Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPOAs). This role involves assisting in property inspections, liaising with brokers and buyers, and ensuring proper documentation for asset disposal in compliance with internal and external policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and disposal of ROPOAs.
  • Coordinate with third-party brokers, appraisers, and buyers regarding property listings and site visits.
  • Conduct initial property inspections and prepare condition reports.
  • Facilitate the documentation process including Deeds of Sale, tax declarations, and title transfers.
  • Collaborate with the Legal and Finance departments to ensure accurate property disposition records.
  • Maintain a database of all real estate assets including market values and sale status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • With at least 3 years of experience handling ROPOAs or property-related transactions.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation, asset management, and government compliance.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker or Appraiser is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
