Josh Barker Real Estate in Redding, California is looking to hire a listing coordinator in an assistant-based role to assist our existing senior listing coordinators and help us market homes for sale. You will assist our listing coordinators with entering the complete agreements and supporting documents into our database, auditing for missed signatures, interoffice pre-marketing, preparing seller disclosures, entering information into the MLS, confirming information is correct on Zillow and other internet websites, creating open house flyers, and virtually staging homes. Our goal is to present homes in the best way so we can sell them for the most amount of money with the least amount of hassle for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

  • Intake the new listing from the listing agent
  • Add the listing into our project management system
  • Update contact information for all parties involved
  • Audit the contract for missing signatures/initials
  • Order property deeds and CC&Rs
  • Input the listing into the MLS
  • Confirm listing is uploaded to Zillow properly
  • Update lockbox information in Sentrilock
  • Create initial disclosures
  • When approved, Docusign complete disclosure packet
  • Call showing agents for feedback
  • Create open house flyers and confirm all information is correct on websites
  • Create virtual staging in photographs
  • Create and work off of new, modified, and cancelled checklists
  • Audit call logs and confirm sellers have received an update every single week from their senior listing coordinator

Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills. A score of C2 or higher on the test of English skills.
  • Ability to work the overnight shift on Philippine time. 9:00am-5:00pm PST
  • This is a work from home job. You must own a high quality computer with reliable and fast internet.

Four-year college degree (preferred).
