A. JOB SUMMARY

A full-time on-site role as Procurement Assistant with office located in Timog, Quezon City. As a key member of the procurement team, you will support the Procurement Supervisor in managing the end-to-end procurement process, including developing and managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and conducting purchases. In this role, the procurement staff should possess strong analytical skills, must be detail oriented and focus on compliance with the company policies and industry regulations, and provide exceptional support to the procurement function.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in facilitating the purchasing process from various departments.

  2. Source and obtain quotations from multiple suppliers in accordance with company procurement and purchasing policies.

  3. Assess supplier quotations to identify opportunities for cost savings.

  4. Execute purchase activities in line with approved purchase orders, ensuring seamless transaction processing.

  5. Assist and collaborate with stakeholders to review draft contracts and propose revisions that benefit the company's interests.

  6. Ensure prompt delivery of purchase orders to support business operations and maintain a smooth supply chain.

  7. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding procurement and purchasing activities, providing clear updates and information.

  8. Negotiate payment terms with suppliers on behalf of Bright Solutions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  9. Assist Procurement Supervisor in the supplier onboarding and accreditation process.

10.Prepare and submit reports as directed by your supervisor, maintaining accurate records and data.

B. QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience : New graduate or One (1) year or more of experience in procurement processes and purchasing is required.

Skills : Strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities Experience with contract negotiation Proficient in creating and managing purchase orders Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Experience in marketing or advertising industries is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
