Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved plans, specifications, and schedule.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including daily site reports, progress reports, and as-built plans.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requisitions.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys as required.
  • Interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
  • Report project status to senior engineers and management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, and other engineering professionals.
  • Support the preparation of project schedules, resource plans, and other engineering documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • With 3–4 years of experience, preferably in road and bridge construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
  • Versatile in report preparation and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to field conditions.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site or in remote project locations as required.
