We are looking for an Assessment Processing Associate for our UK Education Assessment Materials Team. This role is crucial in producing high-quality question papers that help learners in the UK unlock their potential. You'll work on various types of question papers, ensuring our production process is accurately followed to deliver world-class assessments.

What will you do as an Assessment Processing Associate?

Reporting to the Assessment Materials Coordinator, your accountabilities will include:

• Coordinate the production of assessment materials, ensuring they meet printing and scheduling deadlines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e Assessment Specialists, Canon Studio) to manage workflows and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain and update internal systems to accurately track the progress and status of assessment material production
• Monitoring and responding to customer queries via email
• Uploading assessment material to various portals and websites once approved
