About the Role

As an Associate Business Process Analyst, you will support internal teams and business partners by managing system access, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process improvements. You'll work with tools like Nexidia to ensure customer interactions are properly tracked and analyzed, helping us deliver consistent, high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve internal tickets related to outages, access requests, hierarchy updates, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Maintain and update Nexidia access and hierarchy structures to ensure accurate call and chat data mapping.
  • Provide consultation on customer experience best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives using relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze customer experience data to identify trends and emerging issues, and present insights through compelling storytelling.
  • Assist in developing training materials and educating business partners on Nexidia usage and best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in tracking and resolving tickets, issues, or requests efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for process or experience enhancement.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nexidia, Qfiniti, Snowflake, or similar internal systems.
  • Understanding of organizational policies and the ability to apply them to real-world scenarios.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assertively manage responsibilities and drive results.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
