We are seeking a Legal and Business Affairs Associate to join our Legal Operations team. As a valued member of the team, your primary objective will be to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Legal & Business Affairs function. You will contribute to the delivery of ethical, compliant, and efficient legal support by managing financial processes, maintaining data integrity, supporting due diligence and privacy workflows, and driving continuous improvement across systems and procedures.

What will you do as a Legal & Business Affairs Associate?
As part of the Legal & Business Affairs team, you'll support operational excellence and help drive ethical, informed decision-making across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support financial operations through purchase orders, reporting, accruals, and budget coordination.
  • Use legal and compliance platforms (e.g., OneTrust, SAP, Ironclad) to implement programs and respond to queries.
  • Maintain and analyze data using SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Conduct due diligence checks and support data privacy processes.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to improve processes and share best practices.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Finance, and IT teams, driving operational efficiency and alignment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, as well as SharePoint for data management and collaboration.
