What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will handle corporate, compliance, and real estate legal matters, including preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring governance compliance, managing property tax records, and supporting due diligence. You'll need strong legal expertise, administrative precision, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal team.
  • Draft, prepare, and file contracts, LOIs, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain corporate and regulatory filings in compliance with governance requirements.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain the regulatory calendar.
  • Track and process property tax payments with proper documentation.
  • Assist in real estate transactions, due diligence, and related agreements.
  • Conduct regulatory research and prepare weekly legal updates.
  • Edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules with outside counsel.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in real estate and corporate law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Paralegal Certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Experience using legal tech tools such as Spellbook or CoCounsel (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tax compliance (sales, operational, and business tax) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Philippine corporate governance regulations is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
