Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to join our team as a Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Corporate Law, Loan Documentation, Collections, and Litigation from a reputable banking/financial services industry and law firm.

About the Role
  • The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys.
  • Provide practical legal advice on business issues and company strategies in various legal topics.
  • Draft pleading, memos, contracts, and affidavits.
  • Set the strategy and goals for the paralegal team, aligned with the organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate performance of stakeholders and Board of Directors.
  • Monitor and report monthly case updates on all cases involving the Bank.
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level expertise in Corporate Law/Loan Documentation/Collections/Litigation.
  • At least 2-years of extensive experience in a reputable banking/financial services industry and law firm.
  • Full-time employment.
