Job Title: Compliance Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced compliance paralegal to join our team.

Job Description
  • Maintain accurate records of regulatory compliance and assist in preparing reports for filings.
  • Conduct research on regulatory updates to support compliance activities.
  • Cover legal matters, including monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies through audits and assessments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management or Paralegal Studies; paralegal certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate policies, and legal procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
