Accounting Assistant Section Manager

Job Summary:

Manage and Lead Accounting team cooperate with Japanese expat and Section Head to perform activity such as but not limited to:

  • Prepare, review of financial statement and other reports.
  • Manage and oversee payroll preparation.
  • Comply BIR remittances, PEZA reports including filing.
  • Prepare and record Journal entries to the accounting system.
  • Ensure to review and signed the check voucher before proceeding to payment.
  • Review all PO and other purchasing documents, include determining of Cost analysis.
  • Prepare Financial Statement Analysis and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
  • Oversee the Property , Plant and Equipment.
  • Manage Bank reconciliation and monitor Petty cash replenishment.
  • Reconciling of all discrepancies.
  • Assist in allocation of work to staff, workflow processes and improvement staff with their work as need arises.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experienced in dealing with Accounting firms and BIR.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday (on-site)
  • 8am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
