We're seeking a highly organised, detail-focused Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly across administration, finance, and customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Process customer orders, confirm details, check stock in Sage 50, and liaise with the warehouse.
  • Handle supplier invoices, reconcile with delivery notes/POs, and gain approvals.
  • Manage sales receipts, update ledgers, chase overdue payments, and flag credit changes.
  • Support monthly finance tasks, including reconciliations, expenses, and liaising with the accountant.
  • Answer calls/emails, resolve or redirect queries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven admin or customer service experience (manufacturing/supply chain a plus).
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 & Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga

  • Willingness to work during UK shift hours (3 PM to 12 AM MNL Time)
