Role Description

The Business Development Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the BD team, ensuring smooth operations by managing CRM data, handling admin tasks, and delivering timely reports and analysis. This role frees up the team to focus on client relationships and business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support BD Leadership: Deliver analysis, reports, and general admin support; coordinate internal meeting requests.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate opportunity, contact, and company data; process weekly updates; manage opportunity status; handle bounce-backs, unsubscribes, and database cleansing.
  • ClickUp Support: Create agendas, set and track actions from meetings, follow up on BD tasks.
  • BD Executive Support: Update accounts/contacts with notes and next steps; plan meetings; log MSIs; update contact details; prepare presentations; conduct company/market research; coordinate PQQs and framework applications.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills and fast learner of new systems.
  • Experience with CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics) and ClickUp or similar tools (nice-to-have)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and a strong finisher.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem solver with strong time management.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to inspire confidence.
  • Willing to work during UK business hours. (3 PM to 12 AM MNL Time)
  • Open to work onsite or relocate in Angeles City, Pampanga
