Work Set Up: On-Site
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a driven and client-focused NetSuite Admin to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only well-versed in NetSuite administration, but also excels in client onboarding, communication, and basic support. You will play a key role in the post-sales journey, managing the delivery and implementation of products, training clients, and providing tier 1 and 2 NetSuite support.
What Youll Do:
- Product Delivery & Project Coordination
Manage the delivery and configuration of client's solutions post-purchase
Lead client walkthroughs, ensuring a clear understanding of the product features and functionality
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions within NetSuite accordingly
Coordinate internally with technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery timelines
- Client Training & Onboarding
Serve as the main onboarding guide for clients, offering product and process training sessions
Build strong client relationships during and after implementation to ensure long-term satisfaction and usage adoption
Maintain up-to-date documentation and walkthrough materials for training purposes
- NetSuite Administration & Tier 1/2 Support
Support basic administrative functions in NetSuite such as user setup, roles/permissions, saved searches, and dashboards
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolving product usage questions and handling minor troubleshooting using internal resources and research tools (e.g., Google, AI)
Escalate complex issues to the technical team when needed
What Were Looking For:
1+ years of NetSuite experience, ideally in a support or admin-focused role
2-3 years in client support, project coordination, or product onboarding roles
Strong communication skills able to translate technical concepts into client-friendly explanations
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable using web search and internal tools to find solutions
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with clients solutions or similar NetSuite-integrated platforms
Familiarity with SaaS onboarding, customer enablement, or technical client success roles
Understanding of business processes such as order management, fulfillment, or basic accounting
