Accounts and Admin Assistant (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Process deals.
- Enter data and maintain filing systems.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Complete daily banking tasks.
- Process bank statements.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Order stationery and distribute supplies.
- Maintain e-tag accounts.
- Perform basic reconciliations.
- Process VicRoads registrations and transfers.
- Process invoices.
- Provide backup support for vehicle stock control.
- Assist with reception relief.
- Utilise company software proficiently and accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or any related field.
- Experience in administrative support or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
- Proactive approach to workplace tasks and ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Exhibits a team player attitude.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual in all work commitments.
