Role Overview:

We're seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support financial transformation and automation initiatives. This role blends accounting knowledge with strong data, systems, and automation skills to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial processes across platforms like NetSuite and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate and streamline revenue reconciliations and reporting processes across ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
  • Process and analyze large datasets using Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) or other automation tools.
  • Support system integrations, migrations, and enhancements ensuring financial data integrity.
  • Partner with finance and data teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and financial reports to support business insights.
  • Document updated workflows, controls, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting (SaaS environment preferred).
  • Proven experience in process automation and data transformation.
  • Advanced Excel/Power Query skills; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI tools (Power BI, Sigma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of revenue processes.
  • Excellent communication skills; self-sufficient and thrives in a fast-paced environment."

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am PHT
