Financial Analyst

Office-based | Chino Roces Ave., Makati | Full-time

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions across the company. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and providing profitability insights to guide business growth.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Collect and consolidate financial data from budget owners and process owners.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for performance tracking.
  • Monitor purchase requisitions and pricing analysis to ensure accurate budget alignment.

Financial Consulting & Strategic Support

  • Conduct profitability analysis for new accounts, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Management Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Develop KPIs and performance reports for departments and business units.
  • Analyze financial trends, patterns, and forecasts, presenting insights to Management.
  • Maintain financial models and templates for business analysis.

Financial Systems & Controls

  • Manage budget and plan data in the Financial Management System (FMS).
  • Oversee month-end closing activities and ensure data integrity in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting principles.

General Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline and efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements and policy development.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate planning, or accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP, Navision) preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent data management and reporting skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
